Pollo Tropical chicken on the grill is a southern Florida “fast food” restaurant. Pollo Tropical offers grilled chicken in many different ways with a side of  rice and beans  and or a variety of side dishes. Most dishes are super healthy and there is something “grilled” for everyone as they also offer grilled steaks and shrimp. They just introduced “Caribbean Fajitas” which are really delicious. They give you 1 1/2 breast of chicken grilled with caribbean sauce, lettuces, grilled onions, red & green peppers, diced tomatoes,  cheese, and salsa garnished with a lime,  4 tortilla wraps, and accompanied with rice and black beans.
