Apple iPod (Video) Classic

Looking to buy an iPod for someone? I have to tell you that I have many Apple products and LOVE them ALL! I have never had a problem with my Apple laptop, desktop, iPods of all kinds, or the ihome that complement the products. So lets talk about the apple iPod video, now known as the Apple iPod classic.

The Apple iPod classic also once known as the iPod video was the first iPod to play video, so I had to have it. It has a 2.5 inch screen to view on, but just enough for ones personal use. It is super convenient as I bring it to doctor appointments, the DMV, traveling, or anywhere else I will be waiting in line for a bit, you just whip it out and you have your favorite tv shows or movies right in your hand. Some features include:

  • iPod (video) Classic offers a 80GB version which holds up to 20,000 songs or a 160GB version that hold 40,000 songs, it almost eliminates the need for cds.
  • Holds your favorite photos offering slide shows for viewing, music, movies, TV shows, clocks for different time zones, games including music quiz’ to you own music and solitaire, contacts and their information, calander, notes (note pad) and a stop watch.
  • Easy Navigation: The new iPod is back with the same familiar Click Wheel that put control of thousands of songs, photos and videos at your fingertips. Change volume, rate your favorites, create playlists on the go and launch photo slideshows all using the touch-sensitive surface.
  • Video capability: In addition to music and photos, the 5th generation iPod can also store and play video files. Watch your favorite TV shows and music videos in over 65,000 colors on the 2.5” LCD screen. Add an optional S-video cable to your iPod to play VJ on your TV, or perform the same big-screen feat with iPod photo slide shows.

Having the iPod video is a lot nicer than having to lug around one of those portable DVD players and with offering all your favorite TV shows and movie downloads for a couple of bucks you really can’t go wrong with this gift. You can also find deep discounts on the apple iPod and accessories at
