Summer’s Coming: How To Lose The Last 10lbs

Summer is approaching fast and I know everyone will want to know how to lose the last 10 pounds fast to get that body back into summer shape! In my search I found a great article called The Easiest Way to Lose 10 Pounds Ever by Lisa R Young, a registered dietitian, that talks about how if you were to cut out just 100 calories a day you could lose 10 pounds a year.

I really liked how she pointed out certain things you could do to cut out 100 calories a day. Some of her examples were eat 1 egg at breakfast instead of 2, use 1 tablespoon of salad dressing instead of 2, or order a tall cappuccino instead of a grande next time you visit Starbucks.

Before you know it you will have dropped pounds and inches just by changing your eating habits. Yes it IS that easy! Start cutting out TODAY!

I found this on digg and I really like the ideas. I think alot of people start out dieting and think that they have to cut out everything. Some people can do this, but most usually get burnt out before long. This method is a good way to ease into dieting and seems like it would lead to more long term success.
