Relaxation Techniques!!!

Ahh I have been working like crazy and trying to keep up a household and take care of my family and I only have one question…How do mothers work full time, raise a family, and take care of the household needs like dinner, laundry, and shopping!?! I find myself reaching for ANY help when it comes to relaxation and I have a few good ones.

I have found that yes indeed a drink helps, but aside from that I have been practicing T’ai Chi, reflexology, and I have bought a little life saving treasure: A SCENTPORT Home Fragrance Sleep – Lavender Vanilla room air freshener plug in. This little device disperses the relaxing aroma of Lavender and Vanilla into my bedroom air circulated by my A/C and fan and let me tell you together they all work amazingly for me!

Heres a little insight on my techniques:

T’ai Chi is a combination of moving yoga and meditation, it is also proven to reduce stress! Aside from reducing stress, it also requires you to fill your lungs to their max capacity and in turn improves your circulation and blood flow to your brain. In addition practicing T’ai Chi tones your body as well as strengthens your core to improving your balance.

Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hand with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. it is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change to the body. It really does work I promise!!

Bath & Body Works Lavender Vanilla SCENTPORT Home Fragrance Sleep – Lavender Vanilla room air freshener plug in, and included in that same line is: Lavender Vanilla bath salts, body lotion, aromatherapy pillow spray, sugar scrub, message oil (amazing), scented candles, and home fragrance oil. Since I have been using the plug in I swear my sleep has been deeper and easier to achieve (sounds crazy I know but it completely TRUE)! I do not think I will EVER use any other air freshener especially in my bedroom.
