MD Now Urgent Care Experience

I want to share with you my MD Now experience. Yesterday I had gone to the CVS Minute Clinic which to my surprise will only do VERY VERY simple diagnosis’, so needless to say, if you mention you have a symptom outside of the “textbook symptoms” they are familiar with, then they refer you to somewhere else. They happened to refer me to MD Now.

I thought MD Now was going to be like every other walk-in clinic, and if you have ever been you know you wait for hours, pay out of your pocket, and they just come in look at you and then send you on your way. NOT TRUE to with MD Now!

I was pleasantly surprised with MD Now, they were quick, took my insurance, they were extremely though, passionate and caring, and they had the ability to do most anything a hospital emergency room could do. They took the time to LISTEN to me and understand my symptoms, explained everything in SIMPLE terms, and answered every question I had with an UNDERSTANDABLE answer! You don’t find that everyday!

Today they called with a follow up call and listened to my complains or concerns about medication, took the time to look at my chart instead of asking “what did they prescribe to you” (come on like any regular human being even knows how to pronounce the medication names that they prescribe)

At MD Now they were so knowledgeable and understanding. I would defiantly return there again. My experience was wonderful and better than any ER visit I have ever made, I would recommend considering MD Now before you visit your local ER.
