Looking for great seafood with wonderful service? Go to Bimini Twist located in West Palm Beach, FL! Bimini Twist is only open for dinner hours Sun-Thurs 5-9:30 and Fri-Sat 5-10pm. Still, hands down it has the best fresh delicious seafood along with friendly smiling staff and an unbeatable ambiance. My husband & I go there at least once a week and we have to say that the food there is wonderful every single time we go. It is an extremely clean restaurant with caribbean music and the food & service is consistent. The menu does not change but in addition, they offer daily specials that yields to different fish & meat than those that are on the menu. In essence, you get great food, wonderful service, and satisfying portions. It is definitely a must try by all!
