I have found that yes indeed a drink helps, but aside from that I have been practicing T’ai Chi, reflexology, and I have bought a little life saving treasure: A SCENTPORT Home Fragrance Sleep – Lavender Vanilla room air freshener plug in. This little device disperses the relaxing aroma of Lavender and Vanilla into my bedroom air circulated by my A/C and fan and let me tell you together they all work amazingly for me!

Heres a little insight on my techniques:

T’ai Chi is a combination of moving yoga and meditation, it is also proven to reduce stress! Aside from reducing stress, it also requires you to fill your lungs to their max capacity and in turn improves your circulation and blood flow to your brain. It really does work I promise!!

Bath & Body Works Lavender Vanilla SCENTPORT Home Fragrance Sleep – Lavender Vanilla room air freshener plug in, and included in that same line is: Lavender Vanilla bath salts, body lotion, aromatherapy pillow spray, sugar scrub, message oil (amazing), scented candles, and home fragrance oil. Since I have been using the plug in I swear my sleep has been deeper and easier to achieve (sounds crazy I know but it completely TRUE)! I do not think I will EVER use any other air freshener especially in my bedroom.

The mineral lipglaze went on somewhat smooth but soon turned severely tacky on my lips and in turn was extremely uncomfortable. It was also wiped off instantly with the first touch of a table napkin, so I went in to a restaurant having nice pink toned glossy lips to bare natural lips with not a hint of gloss in sight whatsoever!  I thought mineral products were suppose to go on and stay on longer and smoother, but this one does not measure up!!!

Don’t waste your money please on Revlon Colorstay Mineral Lipglaze as it is SO not worth it!!!

First the Adidas Women’s Megabounce/Running Shoe tops my list. I own 3 pairs of these sneaks and absolutely LOVE them!!! I thought when I was buying the shoes that the “bounce bubbles” were just a sales ploy but after wearing them for a while I realized they only got better with age, more and more comfortable, and are incredibly durable! I have a bad back now and wearing these shoes give me the ability to stand on my feet for 12 hours with out fatiguing my feet, legs, or causing back pain! They are truly amazing! The Adidas Megabounce + Running Shoes are available in men’s too.

The second shoe that takes the cake is the Nike SHOX TURBO+ VI Womens Running Shoes. These offered similar comfort to the adidas bounce but not the same. The Nike SHOX only has the shock absorbers in the heal as oppose to the entire foot. I found the shox feature to be very comfortable and the Nike SHOX feature was great but the Nike SHOX has padding at the ball of the foot which I think will eventually wear out and turn uncomfortable over time.Nike Shox are available in mens too!

The third shoe is the New Balance Zip. This great and comfortable shoe is comparable to the Adidas bounce and is super durable. The zip is extremely stylish with bright colored shock absorbing soles to choose from and is incredibly supportive for all day wear. It is also a light weight shoe that allows your feet to breath by offering a mesh outer foot covering and a super supportive rubber sole. The New Balance Zip is also available in Men’s shoes too.

So if you are looking for an incredibly comfortable fitness shoe that will allow you to last all day on your feet  before and or after your workout, defiantly buy one of these three shoes! You will not be disappointed!

The problems that Apple was experiencing on the release date of the new iPhone, such as previous customers updating their version of the iPhone and the new activation of the new iPhones were resolved that same day. As of today no one is REALLY complaining or coming forward with problems with the new iPhone or the updated version downloads and hopefully it stays that way.

The new iPhone was released on Friday July 11 2008, and during that weekend OVER one million iPhones were sold! Go Apple!!!

If you have no idea what the iPhone is or haven’t seen one or played around with one, get in to the nearest Apple store to experience the iPhone. It is something else that is for sure, but they make smaller cell phones with similar capabilities such as Samsung for the sprint network has the Instinct which is extremely similar to the iPhone and LG has one out there too (they are cheaper alternatives and will fit a bit better in your pocket.

Make sure to do your research before buying a phone as there are SO many out there and cheaper versions of each, so you are sure to find one that fits your needs and your budget!!!

If you had already had a previous version of the iPhone you could update your iPhone with the operating version on the NEW phone HOWEVER with everyone updating their phone and people standing  in LONG lines for hours for the new ones that put tremendous stress on Apples computer systems and in turn enabled previous customers to update and new iPhone holders to activate their phones for up to 30 hours!!!

I have a friend with the previous version of the iPhone and he couldn’t update OR use his phone to make a call for the entire day of Friday!!! Not too good for Apple I must say!

When you purchase the package you will get a microphone, drum set complete with drum sticks, and a guitar. The game comes loaded with a wide variety of songs and as you get better and become a more skilled guitar or drum player or lead singer, you unlock more songs and more bands, for instance we unlocked Metallica Enter Sandman last night after playing for hours.

We also have a band (the game will let you enter your own name or you can have it randomly generate a name for you) and you can play “on tour” in which you play every song on the list and get rankings after every performance, assuming you don’t get booed off the stage.

The game contains all types of rock music and there are 4 skill levels to play. I would recommend it to ANY one of ANY age!!! It is one of the greatest interactive games yet!!
